After over 3 months of discussions with Taunton Urology Associates, Brown Healthcare and its subsidiary Morton Hospital have decided not to make any offer to acquire Taunton Urologic Associates.
Therefore, Taunton Urologic Associates will be closing its doors for good on 31 December 2024. We will be unable to do any patient visits after that date. You may still pay your balances and/or request your medical records.

To request your medical records please fill out Release of Medical Record Authorization and give us your email address and we will send them in PDF format.
If you prefer to have a paper copy you will need to send a paper copy of your request form along with $15 to cover the costs of reproducing your medical records to the above address.
